The menu has also disappeared, and I can no longer watch the program. I cannot operate anything.

If the menu has disappeared, and you can't watch the program or operate anything, follow these steps to resolve it:

1. Please reload the page. The menu should reappear.
2. Select [Exit] from the top right menu to return to My Page.
3. From My Page, re-enter the venue.
4. If you want to watch the program, press the program announcement ticker in the upper left corner.
