If you could successfully enter the venue under the recommended system requirements in the trial version but facing difficulty entering the venue in the main version since its initialization process is not completing, try the following:
- Close any other apps that are running.
- Clear your browser's history and restart the app.
- Try using a different browser (for example, if you are using Safari, try Chrome, or if you are using Chrome, try Firefox).
- Change your network connection (Wi-Fi, etc.).
